Formula Lab's Online Returns & Exchanges
Changing your mind about your purchase? No problem, we will refund or exchange (where stock is available) any unused products within 14 days from the day of our despatch confirmation email. Please refer to the following terms and conditions to understand the logistics as well as what is covered and what is not:

The product must be in its original packaging including the shipping box and packaging materials, and must be in the same new, unused condition as you received it. Any used or incomplete products will not be entitled to exchange or refund.

There must be no visible signs of damage on both the packaging and the product.

In the case of refunds, full purchase amount will only be given for returned products that are unopened (either with FL seal or with full blister protection unbroken). For products that have been opened, there will be a Re-stocking Fee equivalent to 25% of the purchase price to cover for its reduced value, which will be deducted from your original purchase price in the final refund amount. The same unused condition still applies.

Any duties and sales Tax paid on importing into your country will not be refunded. In the case of exchanges, any such additional taxes and duties charged by government agencies on re-importing into your country will be your responsibility.

It is your responsibility to make sure that sufficient postage has been paid and the product is packed properly for shipping when returning products to us (we suggest you use the original brown box to ship the product back to us as we cannot be held responsible for losses or damages during transit). In case of exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchange product to you.

Refunds will take up to 8 weeks to process, and be made only in the original mode of payment.
